Cancellation & refunds

Free trial

The 14-day trial needs no card, so you are never charged unless you choose a plan. If you subscribe during the trial, billing starts when the trial ends.

Cancelling

• The firm owner can cancel any time from Billing → Manage billing, with no fees.
• You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for; then the workspace becomes read-only.
• Your data stays available to read and export for 30 days after that, then it is deleted.

Changing plans

Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.

Refunds

• Monthly fees are not refunded for partially used periods.
• If you were charged in error (for example, after cancelling, or twice), email [[RELLENAR: soporte@tudominio.com]] within 30 days and we will refund it in full.
• If the Service is unavailable for a significant part of a billing period because of us, contact us and we will credit or refund that period proportionally.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Closeout is sold to businesses only, so the consumer right of withdrawal doesn't apply; this policy doesn't limit any rights you have by law.
